cork,1 45: HILLY WAY CHASE

apart from being the trip too sharp for him,i cant see too many negatives for ANIBALE FLY here.hes a top class horse,so to see him at about 14-1 here is quite an insult,i think..possible,this is just a sharpener for him,but if he runs well, that ll do for me..e w value..

kelso,2 10:

JET MASTER has always been deemed as a perth specialist, but he showed last time out, that he can win elsewhere as well.may hav been let in lightly here off a 5 lbr higher mark,as he won quite easily there at newcastle..decent e w value..

huntingdon,2 25: PETERBOROUGH CHASE

one mare i like a lot here is RENES GIRL.this is a lightly raced horse, who has already won here last season, over fences, albeit against her own sex,but ran a massive race in the manifesto chase at aintree,so surely deserves here place in this field.decent e w value..

I liked Tea for Two's effort in that race. Bound to have been a warm up for the King George and was staying on nicely. Is a totally different horse at Kempton and i can see him running a big race at big odds...

cork,3 20:

well, from a handicapping point of view,YOUCANTCALLHERTHAT is well and truly the nap of the day.she has made big strides over fences this season, and is about 40 lbr lower here, over hurdles.so,big shout today!

Just watched some of the replays from Punchestown and there were quite a few takeaways for me:

Tornado Flyer was workmanlike at best and is another one to make me question last season's Championship bumper form. Willie's best novice for the supreme at the moment looks to be Quick Grabim (generally 16s but some 20s still about - seems very fair to me) but it is still early days.

Min was very professional in the John Durkan and did well to comprehensively beat the race-fit mare. I'm not sure if this puts him in the frame for the King George or not, I would think he may be aimed at spoiling Mr. Ryanair's party on the Thursday of the festival, so sticking to intermediate trips. He is now joint fav for the Ryanair at around 6/1 but the price doesn't tempt me at the moment.

Finally Getabird looks a very exciting novice chaser, he jumped well throughout but particularly impressed me with his quick low jump at the last andhis acceleration thereafter. Looks Arkle-bound and the 12s from Hills still seems fair. I could imagine the greedy bastard bookies trimming him into favourite after that but oddschecker is only showing Hills prices at the moment so maybe other firms are going shorter?

I see My Tent or Yours has been retired. Probably the best horse never to have won the Champion Hurdle finishing 2nd 3 times. Hope he enjoys his retirement which he thoroughly deserves.

Really loved watching the tent race. I m a sucker for the bridle horse and he really used to tank round in a race and come there pulling double. What a race horse he was. Thanks for the entertainment :emoticon-0152-heart

Great day yesterday another great day today at Huntingdon. Unfortunately can’t be there in person but won’t stop me putting up a couple of losers. First up the 2.25 bottom weight rene’s girl gets the nod cd winner in competitive renewal.cant see past sticklers bumper horse and bags groove in the 12.50 but the one that really takes my eye is great hall for Micky Quinn. Not normally known for jumpers this ones a cd winner a few years ago and pretty good on the flat in the 1.55.
Great hall ran a blinder but I’m a greedy bastard and backed it on the nose. When will I learn 20/1?
