Tankovic would be a direct replacement for Eze. Very similar sort of player.
He is from Norrköping, but rejected the club to go to Stockholm, at an early age, instead. He is detested in Norrköping for this and being generally an arrogant, mouthy prick.
He has run down his contract with Hammarby.

QPR has done a nice line in mouthy pricks in recent years.

Absolutely, he is more like Grealish. It could be that my biased opinion is overplaying how big a prick he is. We shall see (if of course he really is incoming).
My 14 year old boy (QPR and Norrköping fan) is having a tough time with this possibility. He really dislikes him.

No harm in him being a mouthy little prick but if he talks the talk he has to be able to walk the walk. A c*nt who dazzles would be just fine...

West London Sport reporting that we're keen to take Amos on a permanent deal.

Personally I don't see why we would go for that as he has been average at best this year, but then again, you look at the progress of some of the players this year, factor in that this is Amos' first season back from a very serious injury, and have to trust MW's belief in his potential a little bit. Not many predicted BOS was going to be this good 18 months ago, maybe we'll be saying the same about Amos before long.

I saw Amos in one of his first games for us in a friendly away at Oxford.
He looked very good.
Unfortunately, he's looked anything but good since whenever I've watched us.

I don't really get it either, but I (and many others) didn't see BOS coming this good this quickly either, or Eze stepping up as phenomenally as he did. Let's hope we can be surprised again.

To be fair, I think anyone who knew anything about the game, was predicting big things for Eze from quite early on.

If can't get into the Rangers team, then that's a big fat NO from me

Think it’s a bit more complex than that. He was good for Kilmarnock then got sent off early in his Rangers career and just hasn’t got on well with Gerrard. On a free it sounds like a reasonable signing.

Also a key player in my Northern Ireland FIFA team if that helps. My deep 3-4-3 formation has ****housed them all the way through the World Cup group stage including a 1-0 win at Belgium. So there.

If only it were that simple...

Might be way off on this but I do wonder if the result of the playoff final tomorrow will have an impact on Eze's price.

If Brentford don't win then they will sell Benrahma and PL clubs looking for a good attacking midfielder from the championship are choosing between Eze and Benrahma. We will need more genuinely interested clubs to start a proper bidding war. Brentford and Benrahma go up, and Eze is the best/only option for WHam, Palace etc.

Just supposition but who knows.

Hope Brentford go up purely on the basis that Fulham are an average team, and Brentford I have really enjoyed watching on Sky in the absence of any superhoop action

Makes sense.
