Obviously their will be rumours and speculation as what type of player's kenny will be arfter. what positions do you feel we need to cover and the type of player you would like to see at the den.
I feel its goner be as strong as ever next season with bigger teams entering the championship and with the relegated prem teams and the saints and poss hudders coming up , all no doubt will have a bigger budget than ourselves , so its important we have enough cover thro injuries .Another season to survive in my eyes , yes weve had a great first season but our home games will be key. birmingham, westham , weeds, cant wait:grin:

Survival is going to be our priority ofcourse and anything more will be bonus for us. We should be concerned about the teams from L1 than the ones from Prem as the ones from Prem will have to shuffle and loose their star players. On top of that, Birmingham and Blackpool will be in Europe which will distract them from league.

<doh> I saw it on SPN last night and couldn't believe it either. Alright there's no transfer fee as he's on a free but even so how can Crippled attract someone like him but and its a big but as he's unproven at Championship level as far as I know so we will see what he's like and the jury will be out at first!

Word was he wanted 10k a week which would have smashed our wage ceiling which Kenny wont allow or do for anyone no matter how good they are! If its true Moro's new deal last January made him the highest earner putting him on 8k a week. <ok>

We do need a new striker but don't think he would have walked into our first team so probably why he went to palace, we need someone who has premiership experience or championship proven goalscorer

Exactly and I trust Kenny to pull a rabbit from his sleeve as he always does. JB recently said they have a target list of 30 names so see what happens in the off season as its impossible to do anything while players are on their hols understandably so. <ok>

if we do add a few more quality players into the mix we will be on for a top 10 place again! i think this will be Neil Harris last year at Millwall aswell! doubt he'll play again unless we have serious injury problems!

I think we have a shot at Simeon Jackson from Norwich, would like to get Andros Townsend on a seaon long or perm deal,
we need a solid RB and LB One More Good proven Striker and Proven AM and were good to role!

I doubt we get Jackson seeing that he scored the goal to send them up and he is a new signing, Harris to slow now great for last ten minutes or so but not whole game. Defence needs some pace but like millwallsteve said we will see in KJ we trust.

Personally I have a gut feeling that Kenny will bag Andros somehow on any sort of deal which is fine by me as long as we get him then I don't care.

2 more proven strikers at this level or Prem so we have 3 quality strikers including Moro as well as the potential of the M&M's although it could prove expensive so will depend on how much AA & JB will loosen the purse strings by and also what they consider the most pressing part of the team to strengthen. <ok>

I thought magicians pulled rabbits from a hat<magic>. <laugh>. Sorry, couldnt resist.

I am half in agreement with some of you about the left back position. We do have two players who are decent in that position. Towards the end of last season it became our weak spot, but maybe it was down to TC getting an injury and Barron not getting enough game time. Not trying to make excuses, as it was clear to see we struggled in that position for the remaing 5-6 games, but there could be a valid reason.

We definitely need another QUALITY striker. We do have a lot of "almost" strikers in Harris, Marqius, McQuoid, Batt, who can put in a shift, but just lack that final bit of quality for this level. Though I think the M&M could come good over the next season or two.

I dont tink McQuoid lacks much, I really think he will come good with a bit more game time. His 1st tough is top draw if you look at some of the replays where he had shots but didn't score: His 1st touch when he recieves the ball in the box is so good that it enables him to get a shot off really quickly. I rate him a lot. Seen some rumours of Simeon Jackson coming to us, I think he would be a good signing for us.

Tyson is just another Theo Robinson IMO, Simeon Jackson I would hate to sign for Millwall but if he does the job then I'd be willing to have him :)

Yep we defo need a new striker at the club , but someone who takes and finishes his chances more often which is a criticism of our strikers.
Agree that we have almost forwards as previously described as jackett showed his frustration at the Barnsley game with no end product.
I dont think personally mcquoid will have the same impact along with marquis that morison has had at our club, and i feel neils days might be numbered
next season altho obviously having been a millwall legend and a leader has given his all for the lions. Would like Andros Townsend on a season long loan
again as he has a bit of class about him , but why do we pursue strikers, IE .. Robinson ,tyson who have pace but little else? oh and cant see us getting simeon Jackson,
be very surprised if we did.
