I'd love to keep Partey as he's top quality

But we simply cannot rely on a guy who is injured for 2/3 of the season

Not player related, but arguably the most important contract we need to sort out to provide some continuity and stability at the club…

Anticipated to get an increase of £100m turnover from last season. Significant increase and hopefully most of that can go toward the coffers for the transfer window.

Looks like Zubimendi doesn't want to leave Spain.

Be Interesting to see who else is on the list of midfield targets. (Guimares, Kimmich, Onana maybe?)

If I were to bet I would guess they will try (yet again) for Douglas Luiz.

I'm hoping you realise this was a fake account lol.

As for embedding, you can, but you have to edit the link in the 'Enter media URL' bit. So where it says 'https://x.com', you remove the 'x' and replace it with 'twitter' (has to be lowercase). Then it will embed normally. I don't think supermod has adjusted the settings to include 'x' just yet.

Hmmm - I haven't been super impressed with Zubimendi when I've watched him play (admittedly only a handful of times), and if he's still unsure about moving to England after two years of trying to convince him, then I think we need to move on to other targets.

Guimaraes won't happen in my opinion unless we pay the full release clause - and I don't think we'll spend a huge part of our transfer budget on him. Also, with Paqueta likely to be banned from football and screwing himself out of the City move, I feel like City are now going to go all in for Bruno G. They are more likely to meet his release clause than us.

I've said before that Douglas Luiz is good, but I don't rate him as the optimal signing for our team/system nor do I see his propelling us to a league title. Would prefer other options tbh.

ESR to Fulham? Could be a good move for him. I don’t anticipate getting much more than £25m for him considering injuries and lack of game time for the past two years.

Didn't realise Wharton only moved to Palace in January. Would have been all over him this summer. Could have partnered Rice for years and then we let Rice be the best B2B #8 in the country. But he's never moving this year is he.

He’d be an incredible addition, but like you said. 6 months after joining Palace will be too soon for a move like this. As good as he looks, we also need to see whether he has what it takes to perform at the top level for a consistent period of time. The sample size is too small. Right now, he could just be riding a crest of a wave.

But one to keep an eye on over the next 12 months or so for sure.

No idea how reliable this account is, but apparently he’s got a lot of stuff right in the past. So I guess we’ll see.

A Rice and Onana midfield pivot would be pretty damn impenetrable, but going forward? Would we have enough balance and attacking qualities to create chances, break the lines and sustain pressure in the final third? Jury out for me.

I've been watching tons of footage of this guy and am now convinced - he's the striker we should get.
He's 6'5 lightning quick and can finish with either foot, absolute handful.
