Ahh, Kramaric. Still have a bitter taste about that one. Soumare seems to be another one. If you arent an instant hit, out you go.

I was expecting Ranieri to start with Kramaric and Ulloa against Sunderland in the opening game of the 2015/2016 season ... he opted for 2 midgets instead, Vardy and Okazaki ... bloke was completely clueless <whistle>

Monaco have supposedly bid £15m for Soumare.

    Surely we won’t accept that?

    Apparently we haven't.

Saw a headline suggesting someone had bid £5M for Vestergaard, also declined. Definitely should've accepted that.

Praet is currently starting tonight and head and shoulders the best player on the pitch…

Hate to dis our players but a plank on my back fence was more mobile last season. Looking forward to a couple of good wins tonight.

Maybe pre season is deceiving me, but our final table position last year was ok after an entire season of injuries, if we sign no one but keep our squad (Tielemans can go as I’d rather cash than free) then I think I’m still happy!? I actually care most about keeping Praet than anyone based on pre season….!

The extensive, lengthy and long term injury list and the relentless Thursday/Sunday schedule and we managed 8th.
With less injuries and a less congested fixture list I'd like to think we're in a good position, with an excellent team, that could compete for top 6. It would be nice to get a couple in, the illusive rw upgrade to start. Yes, there's a few I'd ideally like to have swapped out.

Another element which could hopefully help us is the winter break for the WC. Evans has already commented that it'll be a positive for him.

I think a couple in could help but I'm not unhappy either.

Although we need to get through the Sevilla game yet....

The 5-3-2 does seem to play well to our strengths though which we’ve played a lot in pre season. Hoping we start with it!

Looks like Schmeichel is off. Tbh I wouldn’t mind too much if we didn’t replace him, had Iversen has number 1 and spent the wages elsewhere

Agreed ... Kaspar will always be a legend at the club ... but his failure to command his 6 yard box was a pretty big factor in our defensive frailty last season ... Iversen is 6ft 3" and Stolarcyzk is 6ft 4" ... time to step up lads <cheers>

Height has very little to do with a keepers ability to command his box.

<doh> ... if you say so ... I'd say it's a big factor myself ... but what would a Leicester fan know? ... we've only had Banks, Shilton, Wallington, Keller, Flowers and Schmeichel to go by <laugh>

    Just checked, question still applies.

Kasper is taller than Banks or Shilton :emoticon-0105-wink:

That's probably because Kasper's height is quoted in centimetres. We only had feet and inches when Banks and Shilton were here. <doh>

They are all quoted in Centimetres.
    Kasper is Tallest.
