An hour press conference and only decent question was asked by a Belgian journalist. in short:

    - Paulo Ferreira to leave

    - Praised supporters and fanbase

    - Implied that Cech, JT, Lampard and Cole would play a big role this season in helping the progress of younger players

    - Said he will stay for the 4 years and if club want him beyond that, he will stay.

    - De Bruyne and Lukaku ready to be in the 25 man squad

    - Retorted to Xavi's jibe about damaging Spanish Football by saying "He damaged it by ending Barca's dominance"

    - Emphasised stability and stated he is ready to be here for the long term, wasn't in the 1st spell as he always had ambitions to win the 3 major leagues.

    - Says there will be a couple of new signings, but no bottomless pit of cash.

His comments on the three will be interesting at least though.

Adds a bit of spice to the Liverpool, Spurs and WBA games and will probably improve relations between us and LFC anyway.
