Was fooking awful, and possibly the worst signing of the Bruce era...

Yet still seems to be in demand....



QPR are lining up a loan bid for former Portsmouth and Sunderland midfielder Sulley Muntari.

The Ghana midfielder, whose contract with Inter Milan expires at the end of the season, is said to have agreed personal terms with rival club AC Milan.

The news has infuriated Inter who have decided to send Muntari out on loan until the end of the season before losing him on a free in the summer.

The midfielder has fallen down the pecking order at Inter Milan and has hardly featured this season.

QPR manager Mark Hughes is said to be a keen admirer of Muntari and is desperate to add some depth to his squad before the transfer window slams shut at the end of the month.


And i wanted Hughes for manager...thank god we never got him, if this is the kind of ****e he's interested in...
 
Disagree 2bh, you could tell just like Aquilani at Liverpool that he had something about him, his touch was sublime.

The problem with Muntari though was he never looked that bothered while he was here.

(1) Inter played Muntari in CM where he was awful and was eventually dropped.
(2) Ghana play Muntari on the LW, where he plays very well.

O.k., so you've just signed Sully Muntari. You know both of the above. So where would you play him? It seems a no-brainer to most people, I reckon. And Bruce played him in CM !!! For Christ's sake, if you don't want a player to fail, don't put him in a position to fail in the first place.

I think the lad was dealt a losing hand here from day one. I'd give Sully another loan spell at Sunderland. I think O'Neill would put him in a position to succeed, and - surprise, surprise - he might just do well there. However, there seems to be a young man from Ireland who thinks I should forget it. So I will.

I thought he had a touch like Fred West! Over rated and had one semi decent game for us.
 
Muntari was ****ing **** and I was bloody excited about getting him!

If QPR do sign him they'll realise what a big mistake they've made after his first game...

AC Milan want him? **** me
 
He agreed to come to us for one thing only to put himself in the shop window so bigger better clubs will buy him for mega bucks and pay stupid wages, that was never going to happen with us so he didn't give a toss when playing for us. Muntari is a lot like Bendtner both will not get games for their parent clubs but, both think they are better than what they actually are.
