Hi Sgt, and apologies to all for not only being off topic but off sport - well sort of. What do you make of Strauss turning out for Somerset against India, to enable him to get some practice!!!!!! No coincidence that Trescothick is not playing, outrageous in my opinion. Could it set a precedent in football, during the winter break in Germany, could we 'borrow' Robben and Ribery to give them some practice and also give Matty and Jermaine time to put their feet up??
Bit of a weird one I must admit. Not one I approve of. Strauss is good enough to get over this slump without the aide of having to resort to things such as this.
