There isn't a lot that can be said on this really. It is a bullshit story made up by the Italians in a pathetic attempt to try and persuade Van Persie to join Juventus. That is assuming the journalist as actually done is job of course Plus there is a Van Persie thread running too
juve want to pay 150mil euros for these players... arsenal rejected a £500 bid and so they can no longer afford suarez if they have to rise thier offer to £750 for RVP. juve are broke, there's no cash in italian banks or fiat or wherever to bank roll that club or any other club now. the euro is worthless and its all just smoke and mirrors while their clubs are actually selling to break even.... do we really think ac will buy anyone from foreign this summer?
The old friendship means Juve take the piss often to see if they can get away with it. Remember, this is the club which offered us £12m for Alonso when we were only asking for £16m, not that we got any other offers whatsoever for the "midfield genius" but still, they were taking the piss.
Just to show how deseperate sky sports are I thought it was funny reading an article on Cacares (Uruguay defender who plays for Juve) and it's soley based on Suarez going to Juve however the one and only quote about it says "Have I spoken with Luis Suarez about Juve? I didn't speak with him in the national team and he didn't ask me any questions about Juve, that's the truth." Talk about a non story!
