I don't see why it should? both sets of fans clearly think he's a good player but it can't be disputed that he flings himself to the floor far too readily, making sure to get at least 3 forward rolls in for max effect. Its not the fault of the liverpool fans that he does it. they probably cringe the same as everyone else.

If you've seen the **** we've been getting on our board since the 'alleged' racism incident. This won't help matters one bit.

Yeah he's not the most model professional, but every team is guilty of making the most of things at times. Unfortunately it's part of the game now.

One thing I'm sure of is I'm ****ing glad he's a Liverpool player and I'm pretty certain any fan in the EPL would want him at their club. Even if they try and suggest otherwise.

    hahaha!

In seriousness though i won't dispute that i would have him in a heartbeat. I didn't realise your lot have been getting stick for the racist thing, again i don't see why anyone would think that just because he plays for liverpool any scousers should share his views. (for the record i could totally believe that he would say something like that but thats just my opinion of him...)

    Hmm.

Suarez or Shola? Suarez or Shola? Suarez or Shola?

There is only one Shola (Thank Cod!).

Yeah It's been like Baghdad on our board recently!

I was simply warning you that this may turn a bit sour, rather than turn into a constructive debate.

I get on with many of the members on your board so it's all good... Others may not see it that way though!

As Liverpool is one of the backers of "Kick Racism out of football" campaign as are all Prem clubs just wondering what Scouse fans feel the punishment should be for Suarez if it is found that he did call Evra the "N" word? Should he be as the campaign suggests be kicked out of football?

The maximum penalty available (whatever that is)

Also if Evra is found to be bullshitting he should receive the maximum penalty available (whatever that is)

    <ok>

Fairs do's. If Evra is found to be lying I agree he is just causing racial disharmony and should be fully punished. <ok>

Unfortunately Sir Skylarker has a point here, diving has become a part of the game, personally I hate it but most teams seem to have what I call the "Designated Diver". It makes me cringe sometimes when Jonas goes down so easily, then he does the innocent shrug of the shoulders, but I do not think he would ever try to get an opposing player sent off, this is when it gets out of hand, it's malicious.

We got rid of ours to QPR <ok>

Unless you count Saylor's diving in all willy nilly.

Saylor knows he's been rumbled, did you see how quickly he admitted being at fault on Sunday, he knows we wont "FALL" for any of his shennanigans again.

Money is the root of all evil. Before it became a money sport the game was rough and rugid, and an excellent spectacle. Because there is so much at stake these days financially from players transfer fee's to bonuses and money gained and loss from winning things, promotion, and relegation etc. Diving and play acting is instilled into these young players. Some make the most of it more than others, it ****ing sucks to be honest but that's modern day football.

The worst I've ever seen is Ronaldo in his first year at Man Utd - that was some crazy ****. Nani is a pretty impressive diver too <laugh>

Like I say I think in every game, in every week it happens now. Has it gone too far to eliminate it? Unfortunately I say it has.

    Such a shame...

yeah jonas goes down easily but in the main he is usually being fouled and he doesn't tend to make a meal out of it once the free kick has been given.

ashley young is terrible for the same thing. he goes down as soon as you're within 5m of him but its suarezs play acting that rubs me up. then he has the nerve to say hes not a diver...

agreed on the evra point ass well. i think if saurez is guilty they should throw the book at him and if proven to be a false allegation evra should suffer the same as hes not only talking **** but hes potentially tarnishing another player for life.

Could hardly deny it was a definite pen. At least he was honest, many players would have denied til they were blue in the face.
