i was expecting a wum to be honest, and you didn't let me down get your point though, but we havent needed a big squad so far, if we got cl obviously i hope the owners know they need to spend some cash.

Knew it was a wum, but it raises an interesting question. We've covered it before, but..... Obviously we need to improve the squad if we have CL (or even EL) but anyone expecting FSG to sanction unlimited spending is living in a fantasy world, imo. It's worse than useless comparing us to Chavs or City, we don't have their resources. We're being run as a viable business not as a rich man's plaything. They will invest as much as they think they can, in the wisest way they think possible. They, not us. Methinks there are going to a fair number of frustrated fans next season.
