I think we just need to go for it. No point in sitting back or trying to be solid.

We have no leader, so we just need to fight and pray for 3 points that will secure safety. Play those who want to play, bombard the enemy. There's no other option.

Here's the formation/line up that I think we should play -

    --------Cisse-----De Jong--------
    ----------------Perez----------------
    ---Jonas--Colback---Sissoko-----
    Anita---Colo-------******-----Raylor
    -----------------Krul---------------

**** Any youngster who wants to fight and get stuck in.

Just get those ****ing balls into our strikers. I fancy Perez in a free role, making late runs in behind. The three forwards can swap around and alternate. There's 3 different types of threats. Instinctive finisher, target man and a quick little number 10.

Jonas should provide work rate and cover. I know I said no point in try to take a solid approach, but if we don't have someone to back up a makeshift fullback, we'll just get bitchslapped.

Sissoko supporting Raylor, backing into players and allow Raylor to overlap. A mixture of low balls to Cisse, balls to De Jongs head, and having Perez causing havoc with late runs etc.

It's risky, but it's a risk we must take. We cannot rely on our defence to stay solid.

The line up I've selected are players that show a remote amount of interest in the campaign. Cisse loves to score and will try hard enough, De Jong can score and play in CAM or striker, Perez is usually a good spark if given support and encouragement. Jonas and Colback will try hard enough, Sissoko is probably our best player so we might as well play him with the hopes that the others can encourage him to pick up the pieces.

Anita always tries and puts in at least decent performances. Raylor is not a good defender, but his deliveries can be invaluable. Colo has been pants but I faith reasonable faith that he cares to a degree about the fans, if not NUFC.

If we are going down I'd rather lose 8-5 than 4-0.
Why not just have a real ****ing go...

Tash......It beggars belief how you've got the cheek, nay the temerity to even contemplate tactical formations when we've got the best coach in the league at the helm.
I think you should write an open letter explaining your actions, furthermore you've let yourself down, your family down, the club down but more importantly you've let the forum down.

    Perez

    Jonas Sissoko gouff

    Colback Abied

    Raylor Colo dummett Anita

    Krul

Get back to a normal formation to start With. Play for a draw. Stop the rot.

Get cisse and Aarons back in there asap.

Still don't think we will get a point. Can see the performances getting better and the final game will come, need a win, finally playing to an okay standard with at fight hope then just get wiped away by big Sam.

    Aarons Cisse/De Jong Perez

    Sissoko

    Colback Abied

    Jonas Colo Dummett Raylor

    Krul

If De Jong can play in the last 2 games I would start him in the false no 9 role with Perez and Aaron's right and left. Or in a 4-4-2 with Perez playing off him. Aaron's and Cisse probably aren't fit enough to play a full 90 mins, so I guess the dilemma is whether they are more effective coming on for the last 20/25 mins or starting them and taking them off after an hour. Personally I would start Aaron's and bring Cisse on. We really need Sissoko to be at his best in the next few games if we are to get anything, i.e. using his physical strength & power. running at teams etc. I think having Colback and Abeid in them holding roles allows him to do that. I really don't rate Anita as a full back hence having Jonas in at LB. Iv'e watched him in that position a few times and he has been pretty poor on every occasion. Obviously when Janmaat returns he will slot back in to RB with Raylor at LB. Raylor is an interesting one, as his performances of late have been **** but lets not forget where Carver has been playing him for some of those games, in CM in a midfield of 3 (hardly his most effective position is it?) As Tash says his deliveries from set pieces can also be invaluable.

Trust in Carver - he will lead us to the land of milk and honey. Either that or the Sky Bet Championship.

Carver's going to be standing on the touchline all the while using the force. He's blessed with the power of the force and will use his powers to create goals. That is goals for the opposition, because I never said he was good at using it!

    Tactics: Win a game!

How?: Doesn't matter. Fluke it, wing it, steal it, battle for it, hang on for it, do it by mistake, do it by default. Really doesn't matter. Just get 3 points.

Good point as it could well get confusing for him/them when they change ends at half time.

Too late for egos or even ability. It's now down to passion, pride and desire. After the recent performances I would line up all the players who are fit and eligible to play (including the young lads), give them the Braveheart style speech and then ask who really, really WANTS to play. The first 11 (or 8, OK 3) to step forward are in. Simples.

A left and right football boot, placed correctly on left and right feet would be a good start.
The tactic of having two left boots on the left footers and two right boots for the right footers has simply not worked.

Radical. Next you'll be suggesting that they SHOULDN'T tie the laces together, NOT wear a 100 KG army packback and that they should NOT wear the club blindfolds during matches.

Ah that explains Obertron. He likes heading the ball so they gave him a double-sized head.

You have a General Election and you Communists immediately come out of the woodwork and start infesting decent, fair minded football sites.
