Despite not being able to trap a bag of cement or hit the proverbial cow's ar$e with a banjo I am sure that Chelski's Danny-boy will still get the nod in the next England squad as will Frazier "how many goals?" Campbell - and people think that England are going to do well in the Euro's?
i agree - i think he's quite a poor player, certainly at the moment, and although i think he has potential to be a decent striker one day, he is miles off the pace. same with welbeck to be honest, defoe is never playing and at the moment, seeing as holt will not get selected because he plays for norwich, i wouldn't be at all surprised to see andy carroll get a call up! seriously...!
Was good for Bolton, struggling a bit now. We all know the FA have an odd perception on some players. Select anyone who's English in the top four and ignore any form player outside the top four.
I was standing out in the beer garden yesterday whilst two of my mates one who's a Manc one who is a Scouser were saying all of a sudden how Andy Carroll is starting to play well and should be on the plane it was possibly the most cringe worthy part of the evening, on par with walking into some Hawaiian themed bar and listening to a Polish busker. Sturridge, Campbell and Carroll haven't warranted their spots in the squad.
