http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...ge-allegedly-racially-abused-Chelsea-fan.html Hope this is one of the mails made up stories because if this is true this is disgusting, racially abusing AF was bad enough but abusing your own players? ****ing pathetic and disgusting, if this is true i hope he gets banned from every ground in the country, rich ponce
Have to say, we have some reet scumbags supporting our club. Real shame. On the flip side, it's good to see one of our more upstanding fans was the one who put the complaint to Gourlay and good to see he's done something about it
I agree on the business of hunting down these so called "fans". They remind me of the Chelsea Headhunters of years back. Any group who bring disgrace on the club should be rooted out and banned. Isn't it strange how the subject had never been an issue, until the JT business and now the press (or should I say the Daily Mail) are like dogs with a bone on the subject of race related issues at SB.
How stupid is this idiot??!?!? Bad enough saying what was alleged to have been said at all, worse still when you factor in it's one of his own players, even worse when you factor in it came a few days after the Terry thing kicked off. Like 'the Fail' need any excuse to shed us in anymore bad light. Jesus wept.
I was at the Everton match at Stamford Bridge in the League Cup (2007/08 season) where we won 2-1 and I was sitting in the Matthew Harding Upper. Yakubu has scored an equaliser and was being substituted very late in the game and it was to be his last game for Everton before heading to the ACoN. As he was going off, I hear someone some where behind me saying "Yakubu fuck off back to Africa you fucking n*****.....n*****s! hehehe". The people sitting around me just smirked and giggled at it. Didn't know whether to be more angered at that racist or the fact that others were finding it humorous. Sadly we have a right bunch of cunts in our fanbase.
I'm sure most of those that giggled and smirked were the types just trying to fit in with the 'Alpha male'. Sad really but I doubt they found it humerous.
Very much like the "fans" who were shouting Yiddo at Yossi at Wigan last year. I'm sure there were others, but I only get to a handful of away games these days
Yurilly/100years/SW6-- I read your comments and it depresses me! I've been a passionate Blue since 1959 and things like this were never an issue until the Paul Canoville business! I thought it was all dead and buried sometime after when he brought us a hat trick against Swansea! But there are people out there who somehow have a problem with it!
Sad but oh so true, in my playing days it was rife and often used by the manager, training staff to shout out at black players 'Oi s***o if you don't pull your effing finger out your black arse will be on the bench on Saturday. Players used to accept it as banter but I know how much it hurt some of the boys, Its so sad.
Think it will be interesting what action is taken - chelsea have to be careful as if they come down hard on this offender, they will have to do the same with terry if he is found to be guilty of the same thing - they will look like hypocrites if they don't - it's a really tricky situation for chelsea and this allegation could not have come at a worse time - if it is true, then surely others would have heard the remark and there should be little doubt as to the veracity of the allegation
Storm in a thimble ginge, needless to say it'll all carry on after charges are dropped. Mindless ****s in this country love slating JT.
if they are not going to charge anyone then surely they should come out and say so - until they make some sort of statement we don't know what is really going on
