Stuff Season Tickets and Sky, just got an Android TV Box!!

Android tv boxes are the way forward. Stop giving money to ripoff SKYTV and Ashley. Invest in one of these babies. £40 and you can watch anything, anywhere for nowt!! Feckin amazing.. I can now get piissed off with my team from the comfort of my sofa without it costing me any yearly subscription money... False economy anyone????

 

Coincidentally, I just ordered an Amazon Fire TV Stick for similar purposes yesterday. Now... I have sites which I can get match streams (of varying quality) which all have very annoying pop up ads, but what I want is a site which has ad-free streams in decent quality - good enough to watch on a 46" screen. I don't mind paying a reasonable subscription for the privilege but I want something reliable before I can sack off my VM Sky Sports subscription which is no doubt about to go up again with the new football deal being agreed. Anyone know of such sites? Not sure if people are allowed to post links on here or if not a PM would be welcome.

 

had one for over a year m8 good for movies ..but cant watch sly tv on streams ..me like .. there are other ways .. and I don't know if yous have noticed as many pc shops selling etc ... and becoming more popular ..the movies are getting poor quality and server overloaded ..but cheap as oot

 

Are you watching the movies on Amazon Instant Video or Netflix or something else? Would hope that those would have fast servers and uninterrupted streams?

 

I have a android media player . quad core ..little thing ..I watch normally through xbmc portal ..then addons like phonix genesis ..sports devil etc ..you can get Netflix aswell and you can get accounts for cheaper ..which I have ( got off me m8 ) its ok Netflix but limited I d say and its not part of xbmc it is its own addon .... as for sly well I just cant watch streams ( when I can get perfect sat video ,ok not hd anymore but live lol ..not behind and no buffering .. you can tell a stream a mile off ...

 

My mate, a Baggies fan, has some sort of subscription feed from Saudi or some such place which enables him to watch feeds of all sports without adverts.

 

mobdro is a decent app from streaming
