I am getting sick of our stubborn manager who comes with a big reputation and everything else we hear about.

Last season he had favourites who were picked regardless of performance even when a blind man could see what was wrong.

But this season I expected a difference. The pre season was a joke playing teams that were either to easy to begin with then teams that have a completely different style to us and a lot better so were we ready for the rough and tumble of the championship. Every man and his dog knew we were sh!te up front and if we sold every striker on the books it wouldn't be a disaster, it's one of the worst strike forces we have ever had and It's becoming boring and embarrassing being linked with a different striker every day, just f'in sort it Sven.

Yes it takes time for teams to gel and this team may do so but you usually see something to give you hope but that's not going to happen if he keeps making so many changes. So what will happen Saturday, back to what we played against Reading? What team is successful playing 4 central midfielders, just a joke. I don't think anyone knows what they should be doing or where they are playing. It's simple, play your best players in the right positions and stop trying to fit others in where it won't work.

Swapping managers every year does nobody any favours but I remain unconvinced about Sven, his tactics and team selection, and for me this went on back to last season. He may have good contact s but so have plenty of other managers. I wish we had a proven championship manager with all the cash we have, Sven may be a big pull in Thailand but that's not going to get us promoted.

Sort it Sven cause I think the daggers are being sharpened.
