    Pearce
Pearce the muppet has been trying to win that under 21's tournament for himself and trying to improve his terrible CV from day one. He simply does not understand the point of the under 21's. It's for players to progress into the senior team and once they have done that, dropping them down a level, is pointless. Especially in the case of a player like Wilshere, who is going to be key to the senior team in the coming months, and also hopefully the world cup in 2014. Wilshere is a player that has played and excelled in competitions like the CL, so how exactly does an under 21's tournament help his development? The fact he was pushing for Wilshere to be included in this tournament is absurd. I do not remember past under 21's managers trying to get Rooney or Owen into the junior team when they were eligible. Roy has seen sense, and put Pearce firmly back in his place. This coming under 21's tournament should be used to develop talents like Josh McEachran or Will Hughes, not somebody that is a starter for the senior team.
