Praise where it is due,phoned club to renew my three STs,commercial department answered as the office was running about 30 minutes on backlog on ST renewals.The helpful lady said i can take your number and get them to ring you back.Spot on was phoned within 30 minutes and rebooked. Much better than waiting on the phone for 45 minutes listening to music,the only downer was i could not order rangers tickets not available for sale until Tuesday. James who i was speaking with said they have taken huge amounts of phonecalls from scottish fans saying they were Bristol City fans. Both of us agreed the game will sell out,oh well at least i am guaranteed my seats having my STs renewed today.
