Alright chaps, stating the obvious but sooner or later we are bound to be linked with some of MoN's former players and personally the only 1 I would have is Agbonlahor.

Watched Villa a couple of times this season including the game at the SoL and it seems as though (as I aint seen all there games) that he is playing out on the left in an advanced position and he is doing a fine job with 5goals so far this season.

The lad might not want to leave Villa but if there is a sniff he could go MON should be in there without a doubt, he would do a fine job as the left striker in a 4/3/3 and is good enough and has the pace to cause problems as an out and out striker.

We also have Fraizer Campbell dont forget who is another player who can chip in with a few goals and has pace, cannot wait to see the lad get back into the swing of things and hope he has some luck because if anyone deserves it.

We still need need an out and out goalpoacher like Darren Bent was for us but if we had Agbonlahor and Campbell either side of whoever we would have a pretty impressive frontline full of pace with the creativity of Sessegnon behind them in the middle of the park.

Getting way, way ahead of myself but would love to see us have...

    ----------------- Mignolet -----------------
    ??? ------ Samba --------- Brown ----- Rico
    ---- Sessegnon ---- ??? ---- Kranjcar -----
    Campbell ------ Demba-Cisse --- Agbonlahor
    --------------------- / Gyan ---------------

Never one of my favourite players as he used to go missing to often.
Agbonlahor is again starting to show the form he used to early doors under MON.
    Villa's best player this season.

Bent was once again totally anonymous.

    Mignolet ahead of Westwood?

I wouldn't touch Kranjcar with a bargepole... He cannot even get himself motivated for a full 90 minutes playing for the best club in London... Demba Cisse, cannot say I know much about the lad.

Agbonlahor would be a solid if not flamboyant signing.

MON likes to have 2 big, solid centre backs, he had Dunne and Collins at Villa

Collins is a good player but with Blackburn doing so bad maybe Brown and Samba?

i think if i was MON i whould put a triple bid for Albrighton,Barry B and Agbonlahor for 15m + Cattermole im not sure they whould accept it but it will shake up villa and then go in indervidulay for the players

Also we need a real LB not ricco and O'shea should stay

Ive said something like this before I dont think the priority is a striker...perhaps its second on the list. Sunderland are short of a brain in midfield If Sess and Bendtner had a second and a half more when they were in advanced positions they would be fine .....Arteta and Big John Carew (Sp)

agreed with what you said until

Arteta - regular at arsenal, why would he leave after a few month to sign for us?

Carew - playing in the fizzy pop league now, past it now

Not for me as I think he is a puke of a man but who knows what Mon wants.

I disagree that a striker isn't a priority. It's almost pivotal to Mon doing well. We are creating shed loads of chances. We need a johnny on the spot to stick them away.

Anelka on a free until May would be good. He can keep fit and play regular football in order to get his big money move to the States and we get a top striker for 5 months for wages only.

    Jobs a gud'n?

That's almost yet another brand new team mate <doh> What about Bardsley, Bendtner? And Gyan back in the team, really? Are you that fickle? How much money do you think ES is willing to plow into this team like? I make that at least 30 million pounds worth.

I don't want Gyan back under any circumstances. Heart the size of a gnats cock and no ambition whatsoever.

Your in a non-fickle minority on that one Cest, all of a sudden the change of manager (among many other miracles) has actually changed Gyan's personality/attitude. Amazing.

Even if it was a problem with Bruce and not just money, he dropped us as fans right in it, at the last minute back in August, like a bag of fresh horse **** if couldn't stomach anymore.

I'd be very disappointed to welcome him back and would rather we sold him and bought someone who actually wants to be here.

If he had a real problem with Bruce, he'd of been offski long before the 1st of September or whenever it was. He saw a chance to treble his wages and took it, end of story.

the thing with this is mate how many of our players actually want to be at the SoL, yes they are happy with us at the moment but so was Gyan this time last year, football is changing and its all about the money, no loyalty at all, thats just the way it is now. I suppose fair play to Gyan for actually saying the money was a factor because I bet a large majority of players wouldn't of been that honest (Bent cough, cough)
