We have signed Scott Rendell on loan from Wycombe for a month and he has already joined up with squad for the Oxford game so hopefully will play or be on the bench.

Looking at his goal record looks half decent at div 2 level, has played 39 and scored 15 for Wycombe since joining them last year, he was there top goal scorer last season, so this sounds like a good signing.

A lot of his goals last season were from penalties apparently and he's more of a goal poacher then anything else.

    Wycombe fan here

IF he finds his form, I think he is a very clinical striker as he showed in patches last season. However, he divides opinion as he is lazy and always looks a bit uncoordinated and slow. He's fallen well down the pecking order this season, and is now 4th/5th choice, for those reasons, but a new club should give him a new lease of life.

<ok>i like scotty and he is a natural and clinical striker,he is lazy but get him in the box and he will score you goals,i just think our style of play doesnt suit him, good luck to him and rovers i hope it works out for both parties.
