    I am surprised Strachan has left McCormack out of the side. If Strachan was manager of Leeds would he being odd things like this too? Got to feel sorry for Ross missing out representing his country but, at least he can charge his battery's so to speak then show Strachan what he is missing when the league starts up again. MOT

    I haven't seen the Scotland squad but is it a surprise that he has been left out, he didn't actually do much this season did he (McCormack).

    Strachan has picked 4 forwards - Leigh Griffiths (Hibernian),Shaun Maloney (Wigan Athletic), Jordan Rhodes (Blackburn Rovers) & Tony Watt (Celtic).

    All are much better than McCormack, so why is he so upset? Which one does he think he deserves to be ahead of?

    Some might say he was totally mis-managed by Warnock.

    <cheers>

    McCormack looked one of our better players for a good part of the season. However that team was so piss poor that still doesn't make him any great shakes. I've a feeling if we ever put together a team capable of a top two finish, he won't be good enough to figure much in it

    Strachan is simply protecting Leeds by resting McCormack. Good on little Bloodnut for looking after our interests, Ross can have a good rest and be ready to fire next season.

    Not bothered if he's selected or not, the player cares of course. Although Strachan is a Leeds United legend (I hate to say this) I don't think he's that good of a manager. I think Scotland have gone for a name. Time will tell, but even the top coaches would stuggle with Scotland IMO..:emoticon-0116-evilg
