No of course there is no conspiracy against us.. Que the mancs telling us to stop complaining and get on with playing football. Easy for them to say when they get all the decisions. It's impossible to play to our best when you have refs constantly against you.
He can't win, Riley is a Fergie rent boy...of course it wasn't going to work. Look at us against Spurs last season.
It's probably because of Suarez's reputation. It was obviously a penalty, but because he's gone over a few times in the past, referees will treat him like the boy who cried wolf.
Why doesn't reputation go against Young, Welbeck and the whole Chelsea team then? Find me a video of Suarez going down without contact...you wont. Yes he makes a meal of things but it's no worse than certain players of other top clubs. It's not just decisions against Suarez anyway...its everyone at LFC.
Least Suarez acted in a professional manner today. He wasn't diving about and hardly said anything to the ref. Whether it was because we was winning or because he is trying to change his ways is a different matter, time will tell I guess
Here's the difference between Liverpool and Manchester United. In Manchester Uniteds case all you have to do is fall 4 foot away from a player and you get a penalty. In Liverpools case, you don't get one if a player jumps on top of you.
10 in 17, factor in that a lot of the time they wont need the help, that's a lot of help in less than half the games indeed. Those conspiring usually say oohhh conspiracy theories Fergie IS Nixon
Norwich fan in peace (but obviously depressed!) Was at the game today and sit in the end where Suarez went down.Without doubt it was a stonewall penalty and most around me were of the same opinion.
Cheers, mate. We appreciate decent, honest posters on this board as we get so few as visitors. We are usually overwhelmed by WUMs.
Just to add to this.... In his career as a Premier League referee, Howard Webb has awarded 18% of the penalties he has given to Man United
