A regular feature on the Club website is an interview with a player who has also played for the opposition. It will be interesting to see who they put up for the Stoke match. Pleasingly, to the best of my knowledge only one player has been permanently signed for both clubs, Cliff Carr. "Full-back Cliff Carr spent the majority of his career spread across spells at both Fulham and Stoke City. He started off with Fulham in 1982, going on to play 145 times in the league before moving to Stoke in 1987, being signed by Mick Mills. Despite a slow start to his time in the Potteries, he established himself on the left side of the defence, making 124 league appearances before being released by Lou Macari. Short stints at Shrewsbury Town and Mansfield Town followed, before he signed off with two years at Chesterfield. He earned one Under-21 cap for England." However Stephen Kelly did play six games for them on loan in 2008. And , Micky Adams was loaned out to them from Southampton in 1994 before he signed for us. please log in to view this image Can’t see it, but wouldn’t it be wonderful to hear Micky comparing his and Jol’s teams.
And it turns out that Mark Crossley also had a loan spell at Stoke (from Middlesborough) before joining us. Here is his "EX-File" posted by the Club - http://www.fulhamfc.com/news/2013/february/21/the-ex-files
