    Honestly mate if it wasn't for our travelling fans I'd want us to lose and lose handsomely. Having been to Southampton and Swansea away this season I know how demoralising it can be though so it's pretty much the only reason I hope we get a result.

    Have this down as just another defeat. Impossible to see where the impetus is coming from - the owner has none, the manager looks defeated, the players don't care.

    About time too mate. A large section of the fans at Southampton booed at the final whistle which hasn't really been reported in the media. Pardew's got off lightly in the past as a lot of the negative chanting has been aimed at Ashley but think pretty much 80% - 90% now want Pardew gone so I expect to hear quite a few anti Pardew songs going forward.

    Predict another hammering especially as Stoke want revenge for the Boxing Day shambles. At least 3 against us. I see Gouffran is now a doubt and interesting to see all our French world cup players are out without a sign of return. Keeping themselves for their trip to Brazil no doubt.

    I reckon Tiote will score and the ref will say Gouffran was interfering with play and offside, whilst talking to Carver by the dugout

    yes it's that ref again (you don't know what you're doing) Mike Jones.
    the FA quickly pulled him from the recent Everton home match and have now shoe horned him into this game
    where the abuse will be just as loud with our fervent away support

    have the FA ever come out and explained the decission made by Jones to cancel Tiote's goal

    The BP have at least 4 coaches on for the game and quite a few regs are going by train. Going to be plenty of us there to encourage the guys as much as possible.
