So why are we still waiting for Carl Fletcher to be given a new contract to sign.

Everyone agrees that that is what they want.....so why the hold-up.......time is ticking away.....players are becoming available as they are being released by their old clubs......if Fletchers the man.....then get on with it and get stuck in to planning for next season......if players are being spoken to they would like to be reassured that the present management will still be at PAFC if they commit themselves to joining Argyle.

    What do others think.

Funnily enough I was having this very discussion today with a mate and his dad when we went to Home Park to buy our season tickets. I have no idea what the hold up is as everyone and his dog knows Fletcher is going to sign. We were saying it needed to get done and for the planning/acquisition of players also needs to get underway before anyone worth anything is gone.

As in Hockey over here the off season is where next season starts..sure most of the players are on holiday Etc. but management should be busy..

I can understand why the Argyle Supporters are wondering whats going on with Fletcher although i'm sure he's on top of all the going on's for the coming season.
Sounds like the season ticket sales are going well anyway..

    Thanks for keeping me informed..

The sale of season ticket has gone well up to now. But, when I went today my group of 3 were the only ones there and a bloke turned up just before we had finished our transactions. The next 1000 tickets are not going to fly off the counter they are going to slowly trickle now that the initial ruch is over. If they signed a decent player now and gave the faithful a boost the ticket sales might just leap off the counter a bit quicker having seen some ambition by the club.

I'm sure even management will have taken the first few weeks after the end of the season as holiday. There's not much point in being in the office when the rest of football is on the beach or golf course.

It does seem that Fletcher and Larrieu are still at Home Park and not holidaying at present (School holidays possibly)........so they should sought it out now.......before the kids break-up.....the season is starting a little later this year.
