Gil - You might want to stop dancing.
Put yourself in the shoes of J E. -- You get a job as coach of l 1 club. You don't do very well and get sacked. Your contract is 'paid up' and you immediately find another L1 club and land a 2 year deal. In the meantime you decide to take legal action against your former employer for wrongful dismissal. With the track record of that club ( McCammon), there is a good chance that you'll end up with even more money - for nothing...................then your current employer sacks you - with almost 2 years left on your contract - which will be paid up........... And what's the betting that Northampton will soon be in court to answer to a claim of wrongful dismissal, and the prospect of even more money for nothing.
So -- now who's dancing............................... all the way to the bank ?

It's good that we can joke at the misfortunes of others - but in this instance - and given the litigation culture we have in our society, I worry that Northampton F C may sue Scally for the reference he gave when he recommended Edinburgh as their manager.
