We are having a go at KJ because he probably cost more than all those listed above put together and he is a lazy barsteward! Sunderland fans warned us before we signed him that he was useless and he has proved them right!
Agree Phil I will also say that we have a problem with lack of form all over the park with the exception of Asmir, Huth & Walters no one is really adding anything to the team right now. Ethers and Ryan have got nowhere near their standards of last season. KJ is possibly the stand out disappointment overall due to price tag and also the warnings were there from opinions of Sunderland fans and eagerness of Bruce to get rid. Great minds think alike Waddo

You've half answered your own question, I think fans' criticism of Kenwyne at this moment in time is due to not living up the price tag plus also portraying the look of a bloke who doesn't give a ****.
KJ has the talent but fails to apply it, I think people are more forgiving of an honest tryer, with less genuine talent, than a so called star, who looks like he doesn't give a fig.

OK people I've said i will get off TP's back, so i thought it was about time we all got off KJ's back that was all.
KJ proved his worth to me when we played Sunderland at home. The away fans were giving him some right stick. Now me if I was him I would have run my nuts off to try and get on the score sheet to shut them up, but he didn't seem interested or at all bothered! KJ is here for the ride and the big pay packet and what was typed above is quite true, he doesn't really have anyone challenging him for his place! Walters gives 100% every game and might not be prolific or even that brilliant, but you cannot deny his work rate and effort!

Speaking as a Sunderland season ticket holder, as previously mentioned we did warn you that KJ was one lazy bastard!! He should be suited to your style of play but the truth is that he is not interested and just happy to pick up his 40 grand a week.
You did warn us but it's not made it any easier to accept it. It's disgraceful really, to make Fuller look hard working really is a feat that I didn't think could be breached.
Yes, must say that I was relieved when we did'nt sign Fuller in the transfer window! Still think you will be ok this season though as there are lot poor teams that will finish below you.
