and stop them influencing decisions yet again yesterday we had a muppet lino who was to scared to give us a stonewall penalty for handball because he was standing in front of the away fans

bet we could get a lot more decisions our way if we removed them from the touchline

I do not recall any stonewall penalties. Yes there were some ball to hand moments when the defender was maybe a few yards away but I would not have awarded them, even with yellow & green tinted glasses on.

I grant you there should have been a red card shown, Falliani (who needs a bloody good hair cut - looks like a 70's porn star <laugh>) that put his studs in first (after the tackle!) but I am not sure that was influenced by the Toffee's fans

There were a few sketchy calls for handball. I kept trying to tell everyone around me "No, we've had our quota for handballs this season with the wolves penalty" but they wouldn't listen lol

Loved how he tried to even it up after the amazing sitting on the ball situation. Never seen a ref take such an active role in an opposition goal.

Brilliant game of football though and we played excellently, showed that NCFC grit, was great stuff.

Agreed entirely. We'd be raging if it was given against us. The ref did cost us the game with second Everton goal, but no penalties and Baines should have stayed on the pitch too.

Baines should have stayed on the pitch...?! He committed 2 yellow card offences at least but another ref could have deemed all 3 yellow cards.

I agree entirely with Thai and DM about the handball.
The issues I had with the ref were the incident leading up to Everton's second goal, and Baines not getting sent off.

It would be a great idea to keep them isolated but at the same time you sit in Jarrold mate. How about making some noise and not caring about the gimps around you in that Stand who make attending a football game feel like your on the Antique roadshow?
