Essentially a 'pick your 11' thread.

Which of those out - either through injury or suspension - would you want to see come back into the starting 11, if any?

I think it was evident we missed our first choice midfield, especially in attack so I would bring Hyam and Williams back in - if Williams is back in time/stays. I wouldn't put Bishop straight in the 11, but only so we have options on the Bench. Ok, Hunt scored from the bench but I think it would be Naive to think that's going to be a regular thing. Bru i'm going to harsh on and suggest he stays out for the time being.

Can't win with the back 5, Bring Berra back in it's harsh on whoevers dropped - presumably Parr. Don't bring Berra back in it's Harsh on him. The 5 - 4 - 1 option makes sense but means we would need to change a successful system elsewhere on the Pitch. Personally I would leave Berra out, Smith and Chambers have shown themselves to be a great partnership before and having 2 more natural full backs makes us more balanced. OK, Charltons striker got in a few times but there was never any panic, can't argue with a clean sheet.

Striking wise, I still dont think there is any real competition for McGoldrick and Murphy. Something to address in January? or is our supply of substitute strikers a good base to work with?

Berra is our best CB and compliments Chambo well by different sides. He has to play, biggest threat we have at set pieces too and we score a lot of our goals via thia.

    I'd go......

    Polish keeps.

    Parr/Berra/Chambo/Mings

    Skuse / Hyam

McGolgrick / Bishop / Hunt brother

    Murph's.

agree totally with westy's team, we got lucky on quite a few occasions on saturday, the scoreline shouldn't overlook that fact. unfortunately for tommy i rate the smith/chambo partnership ahead of anything else.
