I am really unsure about the guy. At City, a couple of years ago, he was superb. But he seems to have lost his way after his move to Villa. I am sure that he is on pretty high wages, so he will probably have to accept a wage cut if he comes here on a permanent basis.

If we get him on loan it will give us a chance to have a proper look at him and how he fits into the squad. He's a bit of a strange lad from what I hear.

Yea i agree with that he is a strange lad... but the thing is for players that are on loan they try and prove they are this brilliant player but when they sign on perminant basis they dont seem to be that kind of player anymore.... but time will tell if we do sign him

I know what you mean about loan players. I think that he's worth a look, but I wonder how much he would cost if we wanted him on a permanent basis?

He's a bit of a strange one like but a good footballer, I think he could do a job in our side playing behind Carroll until HBA is fit, after that God knows!

I thought he looked top class when he played down the middle for Man City, not seen much of him since his move to villa!

Other than more strength in depth I can't see how he would improve the team. Not worth the wages IMO.

I too thought Ireland was great at Citeh but seems to have lost his way at Villa.

However i think that was down to the Villa dressing room. Coming to a close tight knit dressing room maybe just what the player needs to bring the best out of him

Im totally against this. He looked good at Citeh, but even in the later stages didnt look so good. And since he's moved on he cant get into a woefully performing Villa squad.
We have better to start, and we have younger/more promising to cover. No thank you.

Very expensive wages for cover, because you cant drop any of our first choice midfield 5 (Jonas, Tiote, Nolan, Barton, HBA) for him really. Arguably he is better than Nolan but he will not get anywhere near the goals Nolan gets and I suppose you could argue better then Jonas but he isn't a wide player so he just doesn't fit.

it's the same guy. intentionally annoying, a lot of his posts are one word answers.
worth reporting him to Syd? before it just gets silly...

It will depend on who goes out... I see him as a bit similar to Nolan at times.. Used to score a few fo City...

Gives them the chance to comment on them as they've missed their opportunity.

It may be Tiote as it seems a similar writing style, who in turn was probably Sgt Patterstinks from 606.

Aye, but it's dead easy to get past an IP ban on the internet; even ISPs don't tend to give you a static IP unless you pay extra for one.
This means plugging and unplugging your modem/router for longer than ten minutes would give you an address different enough to get past a ban, nevermind using a VPN/proxy to hide behind.
All depends on how much you're bothered I suppose; an IP ban is enough to stop most people but you will get some idiots sad enough to get around it.
