To be fair to Gerrard, this has been written by a website called 'Ibrox Noise' which does what it says on the tin. Personally I don't recall any froth running down Lee Bowyer's face. Are these people so insecure that they feel compelled to write rubbish like that to convince themselves they support a decent team? I'd like to see Steven Gerrard come and manage a team in League One and then the Championship.

Gerrard can talk the talk. But have Rangers improved since he became manager? I'd still like to see Gerrard come to a third tier EFL Club, get them promoted like Bowyer has done with Charlton, then compete in the Championship. A division with more than a dozen really competitive teams, rather than two or three.
Bowyer and Gerrard got their jobs at almost the same time (March/April 2018) Bowyer is 1-0 up for silverware.
It's laughable how that one comment about Brentford/Rangers from Bowyer affected so many Rangers people, adorable really
Gerrard came a poor second in a two horse race last season. I watched the Old Firm game a couple of weeks back, and frankly they are a very average side. He (SG) isn’t pulling up any trees there, and should keep his whining Scouse mouth shut. #alwaysthevictim

It’s obvious that Gerrard thinks he’s doing Rangers a favour just by being at Ibrox (and he’s probably right...)
