Bristol City striker Steven Davies insists no stone will be left unturned as he and his team-mates prepare for Saturdayâs crucial npower Championship relegation battle against Wolves at Molineux. Victory in the west Midlands will lift the Robins out of the relegation zone for the first time since late October. And head coach Sean OâDriscoll has already begun the process of preparing his players for a fixture that is pregnant with significance for both sides. Lifting the lid on the methods that have helped City garner 17 points from 11 games since OâDriscoll took charge in mid-January, Davies revealed the attention to detail that goes into devising a game-plan every week. please log in to view this image He told The Post: âWe will go to Wolves with a game-plan and the gaffer will be putting the hours in and taking us through it step by step on the training ground. âHe is very organised and he tells you exactly what he wants, both as a team and as individuals. âHe will tell you what he thinks and what he wants you to do during a game and, to be fair to him, he has been spot on in every game since he has been here. Performances and results show that. âHe will take the forwards and show you specific clips of your own performances and those of the opposition. It is the same for the midfielders and for the defenders. âWe watch DVDs and then go out onto the training pitch and put what we have talked about into practice. âThat started on Monday when we watched a video of Wolvesâ last game. The gaffer cuts out the bits he wants us to see and we will talk about those and then work on the specific things he wants us to do." Can't believe we've been in the relegation zone since October! Lets hope when we get out. We stay out!
