bcfc - we had one of the meanest defences in the league a couple of seasons ago with pretty much the same personnel - ORGANISATION, direction and leadership is required here, something that has been lacking for a season and a half since GJ's departure and morale and confidence in management has been deteriorating as a consequence which is reflected in the performances... This team can play 200% better than this, just watch the improvement when KM goes....
