    "I can’t speak to the club at the minute because they are on their pre-season tour. When they come back we will discuss it further, but it’s more or less done and dusted."

    Looks like Staunton will be coming in as a new coach under Kenny. Nice to see some more former players coming back to the club.

    Awful manager, hopefully a better coach!

    Some reports suggest that he will primarily be a scout...he may take up the role Pat Devlin had in the 1980s and mid 1990s for Liverpool and Blackburn.Just my guess.The only problem I have with him is that sounds like a cross between Roy Hodgson and the Corrs.

    Let's hope he is a better coach than he was a manager! He didn't do the best of jobs at Darlington.
