Steve Morison according to reliable sourses has handed in a transfer request as norwich have shown a reintrest in our striker by putting in an offer of 2.5 mill. reported on sky website ,southwark news ,our chairman has stated that he is on a long contract and if a prem club comes in for him with a decent offer it will be looked at but he wont let him go for peanuts. berylson also stated if morison were to go it could upset their transfer plans. We have also failed to land Nathan Tyson as his wage demands are unacceptable to millwalls wage structure ( thank god we aint got another Theo Robinson in disguise ) , surely we can get at least 3 mil for morison , funny tho it was only 2 days ago that he said he was happy at millwall , fair play to berylson tho for sticking to his guns as we now know where morro's loyalties ly.
Yeah well played Berylson, on the back of losing his old man as well. £3M would come in handy no doubt. Puffa could do a nice bit of wheeler dealing with that although our wage structure could be a stumbling block. COYL

This Request has been Rejected! The Lions Frontman has enjoyed 2 season at the Den since being given a second chance at the football league by Manager Kenny Jackett, bagging a total of 40 goals in helping the club towards promotion from league one, and finishing in the top half of the Championship. There has been regular speculation surrounding steve's future, but was rewarded with a new contract in Feb 2011 which runs until June 2013.. unlucky steve! looks like Kenny has big plans for you in the Reserve team (after all its only fair! he gave you your chance at 26 years old!) looks like he can take it away too! funny how quick people will forget who you are after you play reserve football for 2 years!)
I know money talks, but am disappointed in Moro - all we've done for him to make him who he is, and making him highest earner etc. I think he's got too big for his boots - he won't do a job in the Prem, he'll get found out quicker than Jermaine 'I need 20 chances to score' Beckcunt. I say sell him, get the money, and let KJ bring in a couple of strikers and maybe a Central attacking midfielder. We've rejected the request, but whats the point in keeping him if he doesn't want to be there? And i'm sure the fans, especially those in the East Upper and also in Block 10 will be booing him - may as well get the cash while he's a good asset
At the same time,at his age, this might be the only chance he'll get to play in the PL. Lets face it, its not gonna happen if he stays put
As a denizen of the East Upper I don't blame the bloke at all. It's not a question of loyalty - it's his career. He's got a family to think about and has to make what he can while he can. He's given us a lot of entertainment and will also make the club a good few bob. So I don't see the problem. Plus it's worth pointing out that despite all his goals this year he couldn't even get third place in the Player of the Year awards - we preferred Dunne who, although full of heart, is basically a bog-standard Championship right-back who I'm not sure is any better than his standby.
I don't call 3 or 4 90%,and we'll be back up there sharpish. Even more so,as it looks like Allardyce will be confirmed as our new manager
Exactly as if we don't sell him before the new season then Kenny can't play him because certain parts of the crowd will boo him and it will be to the detriment of the team and could effect them. We can't risk that simply for one player who doesn't want to play for us. Get rid now I say to avoid all that unnecessary pony and I can see Kenny holding out for £3m!
As someone who frequents the East Upper I don't boo our players although I do give them **** if they're not putting in a shift. I actually agree with all the comments on here to a degree. I actually agree with Eyetie ! He ain't getting any younger so I get the fact he's being tempted with PL football. I would be gutted if he went but I say cash in now and bring some decent replacements in? Or am I looking through rose tinted glasses?
Long ball Allardyce who'll do away with all your footballing principles as you've always played the game the right way on the deck. Cockney you can't be serious can you thinking he'll have you at the right end of the table! I appreciate he took Bolton up so has form from the 2nd tier but even so he never had a financial mess at Bolton like he will face at UP.
Cockney took the bait, Whats going on, who`s the front runner for the job today? Talk sport said Big Sam couldn't agree personal terms. Who would be your choice? Re Moro If he wants to move on so be it. Rather he go`s now so JK can plan his squad for next season
God the day I heard Big Sam linked to the England job before Capello got it i thought your having a ****ing laugh aren't you and would the last man turn out the lights. Were an international laughing stock enough without that **** hammering in the final nail with his entertaining long ball game.
Is it true that morison wants to go to a bigger London club with ambition so The Hammers are gonna put a bid in for him?
