So he might be but he's also the one who is best placed to sort the club out for the long term and I'd rather have that than someone who makes good 'sound bites' but can't be relied on to stay and work through problems because the grass is greener else where.
I liked the bit about "Bristol" as we are somewhat of a backwater sportwise. Something that is all the more upsetting as I live in Cardiff, where they have good sporting facilities and now a "premiership" malaysian football club. I have always though that SL wanted the best for Bristol so onwards and upwards (I hope) maybe season after next, BCFC in Championship and Bristol Rugby in the premiership, big crowds for both, more sponsorship and a happy west country???? One can hope as they say.
Don't we all, at present just the snooker to try and lift West Country profile. Believe it or not we are the 6th/7th biggest city in England?? we deserve better.
