Owners of Blackburn have said that Kean will be sacked as manager if they lose first three games. Nothing like an axe hanging over your head to make a manager perform better. Ridiculous action. They should have sacked him earlier and replaced him with a new man who'd have time to settle in or they should give him support. They have gone for the worst action. What respect will he have from the players now?
And the Global Advisor or whatever he is basically called Pedersen ****. The whole thing is ridiculous.
the guy took the piss out of keane after taking a question from someone in the audience. joke of a club.
I feel really sorry for Blackburn fans. Their owners don't have a ****ing clue how to run a football club. And even if they knew how to, how can you run a football club from the other side of the World. Idiots.
So if he gets a draw and two losses from his first three games he stays in the job? Blackburn should be going for promotion, their side was too good to go down on paper. Kean should have been sacked at Christmas.
It sounds to me like loose words rather than an official club declaration, from someone who hasn't worked out yet that his comments are going to be reported. But if I was a Blackburn fan, I would be severely worried about the future.
I have absolutely no respect for Steve Kean's ability as a manager, I think he's ****, but credit to him for putting up with what the owners, and fans, put him through.
http://www.not606.com/showthread.php/161507-Shabby-Shebby-Singhi-wrong-tune I posted some kind words earlier.
Yep, I pretty much agree with that. Kean's ability is in coaching. It's a different scenario with managing. He's not upto the top job, in my opinion. It's no disgrace, many people aren't. He's a Steve Wigley by another name. And I mean that as both praise and condemnation, in the obvious areas.
Yeah I agree, I feel bad for the guy. Way out of his depth as a Premier League manager, though, and I shouldn't imagine that'll change in the Championship.
