Organisers of Monday nights 10th anniversary bash of the Istanbul triumph have sent out a plea for anyone who knows where Steve Finnan is to get in contact with him. All other squad members and staff have been located and invited including cult figures Djimi Traore and Igor Biscan. If you know or see Finnan you are asked to tell him he's wanted for Monday night at the Liverpool echo arena.
I will say one thing for him ... fair play for having a quiet life away from football rather than becoming some 2 bit pundit/reporter Or else he's been murdered Maybe he was one of the 3 men assaulted by another irish full back
I find it a bit cringy that we're having a bloody full on 10th anniversary party celebrating a trophy we won 10 years ago ffs. All it does is highlight how **** we've been since then. We should be celebrating new trophies, not dredging up and dusting off old ones. And as for the OP, who knows where Finnan is, perhaps he's hiding under the same rock the rest of our players have been all season.
@Sir_Red it is cringey tbh. But I don't think it's officially sanctioned by the club, I'm open to correction though.
"we're" is such a loose word Why shouldn't the people involved in that win celebrate? As long as its not the club making a big song and dance about it, who cares?
In fairness...imagine how grim life would be if we hadn't won it when we did Far better to live in the past when the future looks so ****ing appauling
He's been the recipient of the world's first successful full head transplant His old head has been shrunken down and added to the collection in the Pitt-Rivers Museum
we shold send sterling along with a twiddly mustache so he can be booed like the panto villian he is. If finnan can't be located. http://www.premierleagueheroes.co.uk/steve-finnan/4554044150 not ****ing hard... if seriously he's not kept in contact with one single irish teammate or lfc ex team mate it says a lot.

I'd love to have a Steve Finnan at Liverpool right now, quality player on either side and Mr Consistent too. Possibly the best crosser with his wrong foot too.
I don't think he likes the spotlight to be honest. Which should be applauded really, better than turning into a rent-a-gob Savage type character spouting any old bollocks to get air time and twitter followers.
God the very mention of that clown just made me frown. You are right...finnan is right to get on with his own life
