http://prosoccertalk.nbcsports.com/...bruce-slashed-to-leave-hull-take-over-fulham/ Correct, bookmakers are having a laugh. Mind you, he is fond of London Underground. Perhaps he wants to move nearer to it.
It's more likely he moves to San jose and coaches the earthquakes then he manages the train wreck that is Fulham.
Niall Quinn on Fulham's five man selection panel. Gets on well with Brucey. No new deal at City for SB? No smoke without fire? . http://www.football-news.com/catego...rise-plunge-to-usurp-kit-symons-201410280001/ I rekon no chance.
bookies rarely get **** about transfer activity wrong. Shame they are clueless muppets when it comes to managers moving around.
Because it such an unpopular bet to make, You can change next manager odds with very small bets. Wouldn't read too much into it. Some Idiot will have wacked £20 on it and completely shifted the odds. Easy market to manipulate with a bit itk knowledge and a couple of betting accounts.
Slash odds, twats think there must be something in it, stick big sums on it, bookies laugh their arses off.
I'm not so sure you do. Chelsea, Spurs and Newcastle quickly come to mind as clubs where chairmen have bought players. Bruce's job is incredibly safe at the moment and there isn't much going to change that so soon. He signs who he wants, spends what he wants, manages how he wants. Restrictions which are in place at most other clubs.
Is it just me that thinks it's something so simple rules him out that he wouldnt want to live in London? He could hardly get away from Palace quickly enough.
Philip Buckingham ‏@PJBuckingham · 22s22 seconds ago Aware of the recent bets placed on Steve Bruce to Fulham but assured there's nothing in it. Business as usual at #hcafc. Why anyone would put money on it in the first place is just beyond ridiculous.

Yes I think it's just you considering he doesn't live in Hull either. He lives just outside of Solihull.
I dont know if anyone remembers, but we were bombarded with comments like this from Bucko, Burnsy and indeed the club in the week before Nigel decided he wanted to up sticks. He started off as 33/1 for that job before the odds tumbled - I remember cos I seriously thought about placing a bet until 'a well-placed club insider' told me to save my money.... I'm not saying Bruce would go to Fulham, I just mean comments from journalists in this way mean nothing.
At no point did I think he lived in Hull or suggest anything of the kind. What a strange comment for you to make.
