Just watched his micd training session and I was very impressed with the manners of his coaching and the way he communicated. A very positive guy with bags of experience.

Hadn't realised he was Wenger's Assistant for 6 years at Arsenal then managed in Belgium for a few years.
I think having an English coach is always a good idea for a foreign coach. Provides an additional level of understanding & support fir both Manager & Players.
