Why not have a red away kit with a dragon on the badge but a bluebird still on the collar or sleeves. Also yes get a Welsh red theme in the ground but by introducing red dragons behind each goal or in the seats surrounded by the blue seats.

I agree with ccfcrt0p on this, we've had a red kit before so keep it as an away kit, but with the bluebird badge and red dragons on the sleeves or collar. That way we still retain the bluebird emblem and nickname.

We lost about 12 million last season, and are looking at about the same amount this season. It has been the owners who have covered the shortfall. I may be proved wrong, but that is my understanding. FFP will not allow owners to do this basically from 2014/2015. I think 6 million will be the maximum. So at some point we need to generate more income!!

The debt is meant to be at 40 to 55 million based on a deal being struck with Langston. I am not sure where that figure comes from. Again I may be wrong, but I believe the owners were covering losses, and not giving anything towards the debt believing a solution would be found.

It seems mad that after all the work (and good work at that) that has been done so far we still lost the amount you mention. After all our current crop off players must be on far less and with it being a smaller squad you would have thought that would have helped. Plus the recent success we have had again on the pitch with decent gates.

I am shocked!
 
I don't get this season either....estimated losses of 1.2 million a month!!! Actually the 40 million I spoke about is to be settled in one year.

All debt has to be financed with interest payments.

If the debt is £70m the interest @ 7% would be £4.9m per year

If the Malaysians get their way as I understand it all debt will be transfered to stock/shares

So we start anew with £0 debt.
 
Breezey - that was about a year ago but if not settled then it ratcheted up to the original £16m ish for payment 2016. The Malaysians have had their people doing due diligence on the terms and I guess they will want to negotiate down from the full figure.

I assume the time/deal wasn't right a year ago. They would have wanted all their ducks in a line and are now close to that psoition.
 
Langston is not the only debt, there were large loans taken out by the riddler to finance the stadium etc plus all the old underlying debt.

A small part of those were put into stocks/shares but if the Malaysians take 51% they have to offer to buy all other stockholder out.

Up to know I think they own 49%

So an accurate translation would be the Malaysians are going and we are ****ed.
 
He has just added that their were many racially abusive messages, personal threats, and threats to burn flags, which VT apparently thought was disgusting. Steve suggested it came from "you know whos board".
 
Well done to all, for once when we look at where it went wrong for this club, we need look no further than the "fans". Shall we start AFC Cardiff now or wait for the lights to be switched off at the CCS?

Well if thats the case then I wont be surprised if they dump us at the 1st oppotunity. Wish these ****ing morons would piss off and support a team more in keeping with their views of the world, like Swansea.

They don't care tho, in their eyes it'll be back to the glory days of L2 and the 80's/90's, 4k attendance, battling on and off the field against teams like Luton and such. These ****ing dinosaurs have potentially ruined my club due to nothing more than nostalgia for a past that has long gone.
 
The day a group of abusive supporters turned down a 100 million investment over a shirt. Threats, burnings....Not the lovely family club they thought when we were happy to take 20 million from them.

In 20 years time the kids will be looking at us as right losers while they go and support clubs from outside Cardiff. Yeah...Victory is ours!

I have to say...I may need a break from the board for a couple of days. I feel like I have lost the FA Cup Final, The League Cup Final, and the Playoff Final all in one hour. The difference than was that i was proud to be Cardiff. Now, I feel embarrassed. And right now it doesn't feel like overreacting.
