Don't know if he's been mentioned but I now realise (after listening to the podcast) this man has made a big difference to the bonding and way the team have become this 'band of brothers' that we have become. Didn't know much about him before but the team seem to rate him very highly. Thanks Steve, one of the many back room heroes. Footnote: Just seen he has an autobiography out that looks an interesting read.
