So 3 new defenders as cover or first choice. Stewart. Koren. Evans. Cairney. Garcia. So thats 3 new midfielders as cover or first choice. Fryatt. 3 new forwards needed. That's a squad of 22. Whether some I have named are good enough to step I arent sure. But i would rather stick with them and go back down than import a load of mercenaries. Either way we will need to strengthen considerably if we make it.
I think that Basso would do a good job, as back up at least. Plenty of quality goalies older than him
