    it'll be the clever little balls through for Lovenkrands to run onto that will make the difference in my opinion. he can play that pass through the middle that we've lacked for a while.

    Mike Ashley has recently stated that we're no longer giving players oars as they cost too much. Ireland and co will now have to resort to using their hands.

    I am actually looking forward to Ireland pulling on the Newcastle shirt. I think while we have played to the big strikers, Carroll and Ameobi, strengths all season with quality crosses from Barton etc, Ireland will give more support to the likes of Lovenkrands and Best who have a bit of pace and can make clever runs. Ireland has great creativity and I think he can really help our team.

    My sentiments exactly,losing Carroll is nowhere near the end of the world. With Ben Arfa and Ireland we can play a more slick passing game as Loven,Ranger and Bestie all have blistering pace. There is always Shola to change it and mix it up if its not working.
