Newcastle fan here. You guys are having a tough time, but stay strong.

You have shown some fantastic attacking quality, and I've seen some of your build up play and counter attacking, and you looked frightening. I think you were unlucky not to beat Chelsea.

Anyway, you're still developing, and it will obviously take time to click. If you're gonna buy loads of new players, don't be surprised if there's lack of chemistry and understanding.

I think if you just survive again, it should be a lesson to your club and your manager, to watch who they're buying.

Cheers mate, I'm strong. We'll be ok. Patience is needed on this board. ( Plus Hughes getting his tactics right and playing the right players in their correct positions. )

I'm not the sort of person to have a 2nd club, nor do I really enjoy watching football unless it's QPR, but I do have to say that I've always admired Newcastle as a club. Always been enjoyable to watch, but their fans have always been a pleasure, great home and away support without the slightest hint of trouble. Your fans consistently prove themselves to be good for banter but with the grace to compliment other teams and show support.

Your post has proved this again, thank you and we salute you Sir.

We are having a tough time and of course it was never going to be an easy task. In an ideal world we would have had a young team that had brought us thus far. Unfortunately we built a team in a short space of time to get us back to the premier league, but our squad was woeful. Full of overpaid journeymen on their last pay day, so we were forced to rectify this and we got rid of 15 players in the closed season. So we have had to bring that many players in, but we have been pretty clever with who we've bought, but are still lacking a potent goal scorer and a couple short in defense. But as you mentioned we have shown enough signs that the team will come good, just have to get safe before January and the rest of the season should be a lot more comfortable. I hope.

I will add that I worked in Newcastle and the people are a credit to this country. St James Park still tops on my lists for grounds... No its called SJP not sports direct bollocks.
I also watch Newcastle games they represent everything good about football

Seems you're good in attack, but poor in defence. You need to get some decent fullbacks in.

Thanks bro. We've been playing pretty poorly, but still managed to pick up a decent total.

We're just starting to find some form. What I like about us is we can play 4-3-3 and play good passing footy, or we can play 4-4-2 with Demba Ba and Shola and play long balls which hurts some defenses.

We can play different styles :p

It should be a positive for you guys that WBA are quite solid at home, you didn't play all that well, but still scored 2 goals. Granero is a fantastic player.

Thanks Tash, nice to see an outsider having a calm and rational opinion. Most from the likes of Swansea, Sunderland etc.. have posted rubbish.
