Doing a bit of a Metth here with all theses posts UTD too 10 points off top 4 teams, £££ took 11, Chavs took 10 and French Arse took 2 Liverpool took 5, Everton 9 UTD are the only team to take all points off bottom 6 teams, Chavs took a dismal 26, with Liverpool taking 1 more. ££££ had 18 clean sheets to UTDs 13, Chavs kept 14 clean sheets, dippers did 16 Chavs conned the ref to 11 penalties with 9 scored UTD paid the ref 7 times with 4 scored
we actually took maximum points of the bottom 9 teams which I don't think we have done in the past, not sure though

In 08/09 Newcastle were the only one of the bottom 12 clubs we dropped points to, in the very first game. That was a pretty impressive season - we dropped points to all of the other top eight clubs away from home, lost to Liverpool and drew with Newcastle at OT, and won every other game We could have had a similar record in 00/01 but we sacked off the last four or five games having already won the league.
