    Lifted from the SMB.
Seems to be an uncanny similarity regarding shooting stats (scroll down the page)

Yeah but is that over their whole career?

Or just this season, while i think dj could be a shrewd signing, i don't see anything in them figures to compare with skp.

Campbell is what about 29? Wonder what skp stats were then.

I wouldn't mind seeing dj at the sol as a squad player though, plus not forgetting the fact he scored more goals in the last season, than fans favorite gyan.

Nice comparison on some things mate. cheers

You can't go comparing DJ Campbell to SKP, that's like ****ing treason, you can still be hanged for that in theory.

I will say, however, that DJ as a 4th choice striker would be a decent move, what he has is that he is different.

    Different is often good.

i reckon he is way to under-estimated, don't forget he scored more goals than golden boy gyan, and in what is in theory a weaker team.

Like Commachio said, it's only PL stats so DJ's record is very brief. Had a look at SKP's Wikipedia page. Can't be arsed to copy and paste his all time scoring record but his time at SAFC was a golden period without doubt.

Am I allowed to say "period" in the same sentence as "SKP" without the threat of a death squad at my door? :police:

Help me out here. What division were Watford in when we signed SKP in '97?

well it was wikipedia i got it from, but for things like that, especially from so long ago, not recent gossip, its usually spot on (but it may be a load of bollocks as well lol)
