    The youngest player to play in the premier lg was Matthew Briggs 16 years and 65 days Fulham v Middlesbrough.... The oldest was John Burridge 43 years and 162 days Man City v QPR........<confused>

    Incidently Supers stated last week that NCFC has the youngest squad in the prem,Average 25 years. What is the average age of Ipswich town fc Warky?... Must be late 30s?

    But the average age of ours is restricted to those in the 25 man squad and those under 21 who have played 90 minutes of professional football for the club. So if we were to include Steer, Ball and Dawkin the average age would be smaller.
