Used to love the original trilogy as a kid, thought the prequels were pish. Looked good in some parts but mostly pish. Now George Lucas has sold Lucasfilm to Disney they have promised to release another trilogy episodes 7 to 9 starting in 2015 with the possibility of even more movies after that. Seems like they intend to milk this franchise for many, many more years.
I used to love them too. watched the 1st one recently and thought it was ****e. bad acting all the way through. those blasters must be really hard to aim as well
Na Han Solo was the man. Cool bastard. I wonder if they'll throw bucket loads of cash to get the old wrinklies back to do another 3 movies.

Original Star Wars films are great, and who knows, they might even finally manage to scrape a decent sequel together...
Ok, apart from Warwick Davis, James Earl Jones and Harrison Ford, what did Star Wars ever do for us?!
My ex-bird got a Princess Leia costume (the white one) one Hallowe'en and I pumped her rotten for hours. I might even be able to get a pic later
Anyway, a speaking part doesn't count! Warwick Davis is about 3'6", so he can't be big, so I stand by my original statement, the only one to make it big was Harrison Ford! ****s!
