    1) Ethan Coleman - A really impressive full debut from Coleman, broke up play well, very calm on the ball and picked lots of good simple, but effective, passes going forwards.
    2) David Tutonda - As erratic as Tutonda can be, this was one of his better showings, and showed that he can do an effective job defensively.
    3) Tristan Abrahams - It feels harsh to leave Wright out of the top 3, but I wanted to give the last spot for Abrahams for his tireless work. It was a thankless task chasing the Stockport defence down all evening, but his hard work meant that their attacks couldn't be built up so quickly, and reduced the pressure on the Gills defence.

I found this game quite hard to chose because they all fought so well...

    1. Dieng in the first half he must have covered every blade of grass, literally chasing everything down, often resulting in Stockport having to play it back or having to switch wings for their nextt move. I base this selection mainly on what I saw in the first half.

    2. Tutonda, excellent assessment by Patchy which says it all, I think this might be the third time I've selected him if not then it is in my head lol.

    3. Morris what would we do without him, well I know the answer but he's made the place between the sticks his own on merit.

    1. Morris - for that unbelievable save near the end of the game - saved a defeat.
    2. Wright
    3. Coleman - showed some good stuff - looks to be useful for next season (( as well as the remaining games this season. ))
